Google Play developer name: Rapid apps
Legal entity: Ultranex LTD
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications and games published on Google Play under the developer name Rapid apps. Rapid apps is the Google Play developer name used by Ultranex LTD, the legal entity responsible for these applications.
This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future mobile applications and games published by Rapid apps (each, an “App”), unless a specific App provides a separate privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Ultranex LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the use of our Apps, including information that may be processed by third-party services integrated into an App.
1. Information We Collect
We do not directly request or collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number through our Apps unless a particular App explicitly tells you otherwise.
However, our Apps may use third-party services and software development kits (“SDKs”) that automatically collect or process certain information. Depending on the particular App and the services enabled in it, this information may include:
- Device information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and country;
- IP address and general network information;
- Advertising identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID;
- App usage information, such as sessions, screens viewed, interactions, and gameplay events;
- Advertising interaction data;
- Crash, diagnostics, and performance information.
Not every App uses every service or collects every category of information listed above. The exact data practices of a particular App depend on the SDKs and features implemented in that App.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
Some of our Apps use Google AdMob to display advertising. AdMob may use device identifiers, cookies or similar technologies, IP addresses, and information about interactions with ads to provide, limit, personalize, and measure advertising.
Google processes information according to its own privacy policies and terms. You can learn more at:
2.1 Personalized Advertising
Where permitted by applicable law and subject to any required consent, advertising providers may use information about your device or activity to provide personalized advertising.
2.2 Non-Personalized Advertising
In regions where consent is required, including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may be given choices regarding personalized advertising. If personalized advertising is not permitted or consent is not provided, non-personalized or limited ads may be shown instead.
3. Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Other Third-Party Services
Depending on the particular App, we may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, advertising, or related functionality. These services may include:
- Google AdMob;
- Google Firebase services, where enabled in a particular App;
- Other analytics, diagnostics, performance, or advertising tools, where enabled in a particular App.
Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing the privacy information provided by those services.
4. How Information Is Used
Information processed through our Apps or through third-party services may be used for purposes such as:
- Providing and maintaining App functionality;
- Displaying and measuring advertising;
- Understanding App usage and improving performance;
- Detecting crashes, errors, abuse, fraud, or technical problems;
- Complying with legal obligations and applicable policies.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information collected directly through our Apps.
Information may be processed or shared with third-party service providers where necessary to provide advertising, analytics, diagnostics, or other App functionality. Those providers may independently process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, users, or services.
6. Legal Basis for EEA and UK Users
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies, the legal basis for processing may depend on the particular processing activity and may include:
- Your consent, where consent is required;
- Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, maintaining, and improving our Apps;
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are generally not directed to children under the age of 13, or under the applicable minimum age in a user's jurisdiction, unless a particular App is specifically designated for a younger audience.
We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Where a particular App is designated for children or families, we configure applicable advertising and other services in accordance with relevant Google Play, advertising, and child-directed service requirements.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, please contact us using the details below.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not maintain our own general database of personally identifiable user information collected directly from the Apps. Data processed by third-party SDKs or service providers is retained according to the retention policies and technical requirements of those providers.
Where we hold information that can reasonably be associated with a user and applicable law grants a right to deletion, users may contact us to request deletion. We will process valid requests in accordance with applicable law and the technical limitations of the relevant service. For information controlled independently by a third-party provider, you may also need to use that provider's privacy controls or contact that provider directly.
9. International Data Transfers
Third-party services used by our Apps may process information on servers located in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, such transfers are handled under safeguards provided by the relevant service provider and applicable law.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also be able to manage advertising identifiers, privacy permissions, and advertising preferences through your device settings and through controls provided by Google or other third-party services.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
11. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of our Apps and rely on established third-party providers for services such as advertising and analytics. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
An App may contain advertisements or links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party service they access.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps, third-party services, legal requirements, or our data practices. When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this page periodically for changes.
